  Intermediate Examination of the Board
• Diploma Degree in General Nursing Ayurveda & Midwifery OR B.Sc Degree in Ayurveda Nursing.
• Age : 21-40 Years.
• Age As On 1-07-2023
• Extra Age As Per Rules.

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Successfully completed your High School examination with a Science background.
   • Passed the Intermediate examination conducted by the Board of High School & Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent examination recognized by the government.
2. Diplomas:
   • Hold a diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing (Ayurved) that is registrable with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh.
   • Hold a diploma in Midwifery (Ayurved) that is registrable with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh.
3. Registration Certificate:
   • Possess a valid registration certificate as an Ayurved Nurse and Midwife (Dhatri) issued by the Ayurvedic & Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh.
